The heart of the plastics processing machine is screw and barrel. There is a huge demand for replacement screw barrels into the market.

 

MPE has tie up with its manufacturing partner based in western part of India and are in a position to deliver tailor made replacement screws and barrels for any type and make of plastic processing machines. The variant offered are either Nitrided or Bimetalic type.

Typical supply process start with a MPE visit to customer's site, taking photos and measurements of the existing screw and barrels and supply new screw barrels as per the existing design.

 

Also can suggest changes to be made in the existing machine so to accommodate latest design screw barrel for getting better performance and output. But it is mostly recommended to keep the existing design intact as upgrading the screw barrel will call for many changes in the existing machine like heaters, motor, gear box , thrust bearing etc. and this calls for an expert's supervision and guidance which MPE provides.
